I have taught psychologists, psychiatrists, family doctors and educators in various psychotherapy schools (Technion school of psychotherapy in Rambam hospital, Zfat college school of psychotherapy in Zfat hospital, faculty of health in Ben Gurion university, Cogito School of Psychotherapy). I have also served as academic consultant to the Ministry of Education in Israel. In 2009 I founded the 'Institute of Emotional Training' in Kyustendil, Bulgaria.

Approach

During my training as a psychotherapist I specialized in various approaches to psychotherapy: Humanistic therapy, Existential therapy, communicative therapy, narrative therapy and psychoanalytic-dynamic psychotherapy. I am an expert in Freud's case studies and edited the Hebrew edition, I researched online psychotherapy and developed the first, and only, online clinic.

I researched all kinds of psychotherapy, in order to find the common denomination of the 'therapeutic' work and to understand the link between therapeutic relationships and the ountcome of therapy. I wrote about it in some of my books and essays.

Following my research, I found that all therapeutic approaches ignore the emotions, so I developed the method of Emotional Training, that for the first time identify our seven inborn emotional skills and offer simple practice to improve them.

You can read about Emotional Training in my book, and also read the first part of the  book here.
